Great range of products and excellent service from David, very impressed with his expert and detailed advice which definitely helped with our indecisiveness in choosing our bedroom set. I had an incredible experience here recently. Nicole was full of knowledge and really went above and beyond to try and help me furnish my new apartment. Measurements, colour schemes, room aesthetic, the lot. We had to wait a long time for settlement and Domayne were happy to hold our things until we were ready. Even when the delivery company struggled to get my couch in the lift, they personally came out, measured the lifts, measured the couches, devised a plan and redelivered with precision. My furniture looks amazing and I’m extremely impressed with the level of service from the entire team. Nicole is an absolute gem and I would have no hesitation in recommending her or Domayne Osborne Park.

Had a great experience here buying a new mattress and pillows. David was so patient and knowledgeable and helped us find a our perfect mattress for a great price. We will definitely be coming back to see David back for future purchases!

I had a very good experience here. I recently purchased a few items from them at their Osbourne Park showroom. I was helped by Raj Joshi to choose my furniture. He very patiently took me around the show room, showing me various options. It made my choice so much easier. Their after sales service was also very good. I was informed by Raj regularly as to the delivery. Then later when there was a small issue with one of the furniture I bought, it was promptly sorted out. I will definitely be going to them for my future needs and will highly recommend them.

Had excellent customer service here recently. The sales member remembered us from previous visits which was impressive. They helped us pick our lounge and then even arranged a loan lounge for us whilst we waited for the new one to be made. The loan lounge was delivered promptly and I am impressed. Thanks team!
