10 out of 10 service from Zachary. I was ready to walked out shopping for board games, blocks etc for disadvantaged kids when I asked him about blocks. He dropped the task (the cage) and helped me shopped. He was friendly and extremely helpful. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and made my shopping fun. I had a positive shopping experience. Thank you Zachary. You have a very pleasant personality. I want to do a separate review for Kieran in Tech but this app will not allow me. Anyway, thank Kieran for your help with my photos. I enjoy shopping at Big W because of the helpfulness of the staff members. Thank you Big W, you have exceeded staff members.

This store I’ve visited too frequently and there’s lovely staff who are willing to do the best they can (despite how busy and easily aggravated customers can be during busy periods!) and there’s a great range of products at fair prices.I’m unfazed by them asking for donations as I know they’re forced to ask. So if you have a problem with that, be mature and politely say no (I’m talking to a certain racist someone in the reviews complaining about a lovely asian lady - who has a name - and was just doing her job).

Went to Big W at Karrinyup and received the best customer service by Kelvin. He went out of his way to make sure the Cocomelon dolls I needed for my Grandchildren all worked. He was busy putting stock away but still made the time to help me.Thank you Kelvin I wish more people put customer service first.

Big W is one of my favourite big box stores in Australia.Many of the items it sells represent good quality and value for money.I have bought many electronic and electrical products from this chain and have been pleased with them.Earlier today, I bought King single sheet sets at an attractive price for my bed.As long as Big W continues to offer quality products at reasonable prices, I will keep on shopping there.

I was so happy with the items I purchased there. Not being techno savvy I purchased a case for my iPad and a great pair of Bluetooth headset which I really enjoy using. They were on $39 a real bargain as far as I am concerned. Easy to manoeuvre the wheelchair as the Isles were not crammed with amazing stock and prices.

I was looked after by Lucy at the service counter at Big W Karrinyup and she was fantastic. I was after an item that was listed as in stock on the website but wasn't on the shelves.Lucy first tracked down the in store items - that were in pallets and wouldn't be available until tomorrow. she suggested I do a click and collect to make sure I got the stock once it was ready.I had already made a messat home and needed them today so she rang several other stores to check stock and reserve the product for me. All the while maintaining a super friendly demeanor and nothing was too much trouble. Great experience ☺️

I enjoyed the store but did feel that we were in the way of workers filling shelves. One even asked me to move when I was trying to choose a Christmas book for my granddaughter. Another was moving so fast with her trolley that she nearly ran over my granddaughter. It made shopping not a relaxing experience. I was looking forward to shopping in BigW because I am visiting from Albany and we don't have one there.

Party Shop KarrinyupVery disappointing experience.Customer service was absolutely terrible. Felt like I was being ‘annoying’ for asking an opinion on colours of balloons that go well together.Felt like I was interrupting something by spending nearly $80 on balloons.What should have been a pleasant experience, picking out balloons for a 21st birthday left me feeling really negative.Won’t be back
